How it Works

Select your price category and make your payment – and you’re all set. We will send you an email with all the details you’ll need closer to the time, and then all that’s left to do is to wear your wristbands to the Freshers events on the line-up!
Wristbands and T-shirts/hoodies are available for collection from 1st September 2026, at the Guild Shop in Moss House (Ground Floor), during opening hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm).

For just £24.99 (EARLY BIRD £19.99), you get:

Full access to the entire wristband line-up + one official University College Birmingham T-shirt to get you into the University spirit! White or black – your choice of colour.

Our T-shirts are available in black and white in sizes S-XXL. You’ll be able to select your colour and size when you collect your wristband.

Wristband + Hoodie

For £44.99 (EARLY BIRD £39.99), you get:

Full access to the entire wristband line-up + one official University College Birmingham hoodie in your favourite colour – your ultimate campus classic!

Our hoodies are available in black, grey, blue, green and pink in sizes S-XXL. You’ll be able to select your colour and size when you collect your wristband.

Wristband Premium: T-shirt + Hoodie

This option is for those of you who want them all! For £47.99 (EARLY BIRD £43.99), you get:

Full access to the entire wristband line-up + one official University College Birmingham T-shirt in white or black + one official University College Birmingham hoodie in your favourite colour – no better way to get ready for your time at UCB!

Our hoodies are available in black, grey, blue, green and pink, and our T-shirts are available in black and white. Both come in sizes S-XXL. You’ll be able to select your colour and size for both when you collect your wristband.

Early Bird Prices and Late Rates

We’re offering our wristbands at a discounted rate for early birds – get yours now before they’re gone!
And because you’ll miss the first couple of Freshers parties if you purchase yours a bit later in September, we’ll offer discounted late rates as well.

If you would like to use your Kickstart allowance to purchase a wristband, please come see us at the Guild Shop during opening hours.

Terms and Conditions

Wristbands are 18+ only, and we’ll check your age through the student database upon purchase. Transport to the locations is not included, please make your own arrangements to get there. Some events only grant entry or drinks discount before a certain time, please make sure you get there in plenty of time to avoid missing out
Worried about getting yours before A-level Results Day? Buy with confidence: Wristbands are fully refundable until 16th August 2026 11.59pm; after that date and time, they are non-refundable. In order to refund your wristband, please email guildinfo@ucb.ac.uk by 16th August 2026 11.59pm with “Freshers Wristband Refund” in the subject line, and your full name and the email address you used to purchase your wristband in the body of the email.
