You are cordially invited to celebrate the completion of your studies at the 2026 Graduation Ball – a festive occasion to toast your accomplishments and to recognise how special and brilliant you are!
📅 Friday 5th June
🕖 6pm-11.30pm (after-dinner guests are welcome to arrive from 8pm onwards)
📍 The Music Room at O’Neill’s – Broad Street – Birmingham B1 2HG
Choose from two ticket options:
Dinner Ticket: Includes a welcome drink and buffet dinner (arrival from 6pm, dinner from 6.45pm)
After-Dinner Ticket: Includes a welcome drink and entry after dinner (arrival from 8pm)
What you can expect:
- Start the evening with a complimentary welcome drink included in every ticket (with or without alcohol).
- If you’re joining us for dinner, enjoy a delicious meal with a variety of hot and cold dishes (starts at 6.45pm).
- After the feast, hit the dancefloor as our live DJ gets the vibes going.
- Create beautiful keepsakes of your memories of the night in our photo box.
- When the Graduation Ball ends, your ticket also grants you free entry to the night out downstairs with an exclusive Grad Ball area, so the party doesn’t stop until you want it to! Plus, our student committee has organised a fun after party for all Grad Ball attendees.

Formal attire! Don’t be shy to dress up fit for a graduate – get out your suits, your sparkliest dresses and smoothest looks.

- All UCB Undergraduate students graduating this year.
- All UCB Foundation Degree students graduating this year.
- All UCB Postgraduate students graduating this year.
- All adult (18+) FE students graduating this year.
- This event is 18+ only, please note that age checks will be conducted when you purchase your ticket.
The Grad Ball is a student-led event organised by UCB Guild of Students and a committee of Final Year Students.
