VARSITY IS BACK – 2026
We’re happy to announce that Varsity is back with the 2026 edition. Our UCB Sport Teams take on both Birmingham Newman University and Wolverhampton Sport in a day of camaraderie and competition.
On Wednesday 25th March, we travel to Wolverhampton Sport (Walsall Campus) to compete in a day of sporting events which include:
Football (1st and 2nd men’s teams)*
Volleyball (mixed team)*
Basketball (1st team)*
Netball (women’s team)*
Women’s Football (women’s team)*
*open to our sport team members only
We are also having some social activities:
Dodgeball (mixed social – overall scoring)
Badminton (mixed social)
Pickleball (mixed social)
Touch Rugby (mixed social)
UCB Cakes will also be performing for the second time in the Tri-Varsity era, and we can’t wait to see them perform again.
Tickets cost £10 and include transport, officials, venue, limited edition varsity t-shirt, and a ticket to a night out planned with the Guild/SU’s (details to follow).
