Pre-order Availability and Pick-up

Hoodies are currently available for pre-order and will be delivered starting 20th September: please add shipping when you checkout if you need your hoodie delivered. If you’re attending the graduation ceremony in-person, your hoodie will be available for pickup from the Guild of Students stall. We’ll also be on-hand taking final hoodie orders on graduation day.

Cancellation Terms

For non-personalised hoodies, you have the right to return a hoodie within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a full refund. Personalised hoodies may only be returned due to a fault. Contact us on hello@ucbguild.co.uk if you’d like more information.
